Well, that's interesting, but it has absolutely zero in common with that installation aside from being cows. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: The entire point of the CowParade cows is that they are a canvas for the artisan to work on and bring their message directly into the communities where their indiv...

Just a heads up - please pass the message on to anyone still on Discord. So I went to fill up the dishwasher and came back and there's "suspicious activity" on my Discord account. They force you through a phone number verification process. Now I will not be giving my number to Discord for ...

Not even surprised it was fake. It was making diesely sorts of noises!

Very interesting - thanks for posting about that. I remember those 3 speed gearboxes with 1st gear being a sliding gear with no syncromesh. There is no such thing as an "automatic only" license here. To be fair the driving tests I've seen in the US just make sure you're not DUI when you turn up and that you can breathe. Hardly much point...

Move over obfuscated C, there's competition in town. https://github.com/jbangert/trapcc That's actually quite impressive in the wrong sort of way  It is up there with valid C++ programs that can never finish compiling . All you have to do is play with templates so that the compiler emits the s...

Re: Post a picture of a cat

Dogs are needy creatures, need to be taken for walks etc and need to be bossed and they see their keepers as their masters, whereas cats are the opposite, cats stay with you because they want to, they love you, they don't need to have a boss in their life, they think they are your boss  Cats s...

Re: Post a picture of a cat

FTFY I well remember landlady's cat sitting on me, contentedly purring. And slowly repeatedly extending its claws into my thighs. Never a problem I had. Cat's sitting on me was always a thing to be actively discouraged from the off. They rapidly got the message and kept their distance. I am not a c...
