Just got my latest find home, a Rohde & Schwarz UPK "Kleiner Pegelmesser".
Measures in Neper and Decibels. Reasonably accurate given I've basically taken it home and plugged it in. Quite happy with it. All passive, and sublime build quality as always from München.

Oh, and I looked the UPK up online. It's all mechanic, passive, btw, with a pair of big Bosch electrolytes for damping; it's notably more averaging than the Trio on program material. Neither the Trio nor the Fluke are passive, of course. The trick that makes it worthwhile is the integrated loading to 600Ω which makes calibration of distribution amplifiers et c a breeze. With the Trio and other period meters, like the Sennheiser RV55 or the hp 400h, one must fabri-cobble a 600Ω terminator out of a Pomona dual-plug with solder turrets or similar.
Price in the 1949 R&S catalogue was DM 350 which according to an online inflation and Euro converter-calculator means about 1000€ today. Not a cheap wiggly, by all means.
