Decades ago, I commuted into London, arriving at Waterloo, and passing a big sign saying Wang on the way. Being a yoof, I sniggered.

I can confirm from personal experience all the observations made at the other place about Keysight. Mind you, around 2000, I had to get exceedingly stroppy with Tektronix when they refused to repair our five-year-old 2465B oscilloscope and instead offered a discount on a TDS3034. I asked if they wanted me to tell the students that, "Once upon a time, Tek made wonderful test gear, but now they don't even support it properly"? They decided that they could repair the 'scope. I haven't had any grief with them since and they've been much better than HPAK.
