I'm a Brighton boy, I don't need telling about bloody sodding chip guzzling herring gulls. At least you can eat pigeon and they are relatively quiet.

Is there a shotgun emoji?

I know it is "now double the quantity for a meal" since I've eaten both, in restaurants. One was called mávur.

Never managed to find kæstur hákarl, nor lundi/puffin, which might have been for the best.

There was a famous 80s TV advert of a dog doing that, except that the dog disappeared down the stairs causing a cry of "help".

This is why us cat people put the TP on the holder mullet-style.

Yeah, there was a flash animation movie that made the rounds decades ago of a cat on its back unwinding the backhand roll too; caption was
"Fine... time to step up my game." or somesuch.

Cats are the embodiment of the old saw about "Making anything foolproof is impossible; fools are too damned inventive."

Went visiting today and that grandad had to walk me the 200m back home.
Wee interlude at the shed before I was rewarded with a sachet of tucker at home.

He was born late May - early June last year so he's now fully grown. And yes, he has put a little extra weight. Since he is strictly an indoor cat we have already taken steps to cut back on his food and try to exercise him as much as possible.

Siamese cats do have that very distinctive meow.

I wasn't suggesting that he's becoming a chonker, just that he's grown. A lot. He's full CRT scope size now, he just used to be small frequency counter size.

Nixie and Faraday love the one I have here, and believe it or not began using it entirely on their own. Faraday will jump up towards the one o'clock part where it's curving back overhead and wrap his front paws around the rim to really get it going.

The 'One Fast Cat' ones use roller blade sized bearings. I know this because Nixie wore them out and I had to get replacements (something like 20 for $12 from the jungle place). He was still running on it despite the fact that it was missing one of the rollers.

When I took the wheel off of the base to work on the rollers, the little bastard hopped into it and went trundling off across the room and into the wall, where he continued to roll it trying to cut through the drywall. Of course I didn't have the camera at ready - THAT would have been a video to capture. I then decided that laying it on its side was the best thing to do.
