Looks like it is cheaper than some slide rules.
Not difficult.

The seller took an offer. Was pleased. 2022 date code unit with original parts. Bit of a grubby case but that cleaned up - looks good as new now. No horrible findings inside - all fuses original, battery in date, no crunk.

Sooo... since it's just a wee portable, and reasonably new, you think you might keep it more than 6 months?

There was a pornographic version of Flash Gordon called Flesh Gordon. It was made in 1974.

I never saw the film but the reviews were hilarious.

It's covered on Youtube.

Australia's PM in the 1950s/early '60s was Sir Robert Menzies.
Bob once tried to get people to pronounce his name in the traditional way, as "Mingas".
This was regarded as pretentious by most Aussies, & he was promptly nicknamed "Ming the Merciless".

People don't learn, though, & there was another pollie from the same party with the surname "St.John", who wanted to be called "Singen".
He, too, was laughed to scorn.

Someone called Featherstonhaugh, Cholmondeley, Mainwaring, would have "difficulty" in public office.

Someone called Powell would be a gift to political opponents.
