Bitseeker
Has anyone seen any activity from, or know what is happening with the founder of our beloved forum, Bitseeker, at all? I don't believe that he has been around here of late, is he OK or what?
Who let Murphy in?

Re: Bitseeker
I have the impression he set it up and responds to admin requests, but he doesn't have that much time to invest in TEA right now.
I think with a lot of us, interest in TE comes and goes, and forum activity comes and goes. Sometimes we are messing with TE but it's not stuff of general interest - recapped a basic scope with no particular problems - that sort of stuff. I've just returned from France where I was helping to build a set of garden stairs - not exactly TE or in any way related.

Re: Bitseeker
Yeah; last time he peeked in on the Discord was a month or so ago; so yes, it has been a while, but given the time of year and shifting gears between the seasons we're all doing, not a huge surprise.
I just pinged him via eMail; we'll see how he is shortly, I hope.

Greetings! Thanks for the ping. Still alive! Just taking care of neglected stuff at home since the weather's been clear, but still working on TEAdministrative stuff in the background, including approving signups as they come in. Also, working on getting my 8-year-old nephew into electronics: TEAncestry? (not exactly the right terminology, but neither "descendant" nor "inheritance" start with "A")
I shall pop into the forums and/or Discord this week. See you there!

Pretty much exactly what the subject line sez; just a quick ping to see how you are, as folk are starting to ask after you in the TEA.
Cheers!

Re: Bitseeker
TEAtavism?
I suspected Bitseeker was caught up with other things in his life rather than something less pleasant, but it's good to have it confirmed.
