The Engineering Dept has no budget, & have to do it with "a roll of coax & some chewing gum".
They do make it happen, receive little thanks, & move on to the next "impossible" challenge.
Just guess which Dept is regarded as a "cost centre" & are up for "pruning" when Management get the taste for blood?
